社区旅游开发项目的景观价值相容性研究Landscape value compatibility of community tourism development projects

摘要(Abstract):
将社区居民态度纳入旅游规划,是合理开展社区规划工作面临的新挑战。文中以秦岭北麓汤峪镇的旅游地产项目为例,对293位社区居民进行访谈和参与式制图调查,使用景观价值相容度对景观价值与旅游开发项目的相容性进行分析。研究发现:1)景观价值与旅游地产项目相容的区域主要分布在汤峪镇社区内部,经济利益和提供生计保障是社区居民对旅游地产项目持正面态度的重要影响因素;2)二者不相容的地方主要分布在汤峪镇社区外围,出于生存依赖、生态与文化因素的考虑,社区居民对旅游地产项目存在邻避效应;3)景观价值与旅游开发项目的相容情况是多种社会因素在空间上进行权衡的结果,既受景观价值空间分布影响,也受居民的态度影响。
