基于非参与式调查的六盘山生态旅游区旅游者偏好研究Study on the Tourist Preferences for Tourism Sites in Liupan Mountain National Forestry Park

摘要(Abstract):
基于非参与式调查的方式,从旅游者现实行为表现与心理行为意向的双重视角,以生态旅游区旅游者行为偏好为研究目的,构建统计计量模型(吸引力与持续力指数)来分析旅游者消费偏好和行为决策影响因素。研究结果发现,在六盘山生态旅游区,旅游者平均花费2个小时45分钟完成两个核心景区的游览活动。两景区中吸引力最强的景点分别是蒙古包、龙女出浴、瞭望塔等。结合访谈调查发现,旅游者对景点的心理行为意向偏好程度与其行为表现吸引程度量化指标大致相符。因此,研究认为旅游吸引力指数与持续力指数可以作为衡量景点开发是否成功的较为简易的评价指标。此外,对于六盘山生态旅游区景点研究结果发现,除景点自身特征外,景点与旅游者的交流互动也是影响其旅游吸引力大小的重要因素。对旅游吸引力与旅游者地域特征、年龄以及旅游方式三因子变异系数分析发现,年龄差异与旅游吸引力间差异显著。因此,对于未来景区(点)开发,强化与旅游者互动参与以及产品开发的多元化,从综合角度来评估景区(点)的开发是必须关注的重要环节。
